metabolism slows down considerably during sleep
wat happens inside the stomach & digestive system is important
undigested food rots inside and intestines will absorb this
and i heard the total length of intestines is a few km...
just imagine....

macho masculine usually flex their muscles and screaming for attention in the public... many actually takes a lot of protein pills and power drinks..

One of my friend last time went to the gym and did that. Nice physique but when he perspired....there was a strong scent in the room until everyone tried to avoid him. I heard he ended up went to the doctor to do something about it.

Natural is the best. Keeping fit is great. But no need muscle screaming... if they don't exercise regularly, the muscle would shrink and sag....
