I don't understand some of the rules that seem ridiculous

If I comment on someone's post by saying it is "very good", I'll be punished and charged for credits because I "copied" someone else's comment. What the heck does that mean? What am I supposed to say ---- very bad? Or I need to write a substantive essay for reviewing the post?

Some TT1069 broad, esp. Video/Film, consider "very good" (unspecific) as nonconstructive reply, i.e., Vandals/Trolls. The poster starts the thread to share video/film because they believe the video/film is good, They are expecting constructive reply more than just "very good". Please feed back with more specific reply, e.g., which part you like/don't like, any improvement, etc.
